1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the OEN OSLO website and subscribing to The Ground Club Snail Mail Club, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. The Ground Club Subscription

The Ground Club is a monthly subscription service. Each month, subscribers receive a handcrafted mail bundle including artwork, an affirmations card, an activity, a sticker, and a personal letter. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.

• Norway: NOK 99.00 per month
• Rest of World: $12.00 per month
• Prices include VAT and shipping
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe customer portal

3. Shipping

Mail is packed by hand in Oslo and sent at the beginning of each month. Domestic orders (Norway) typically arrive within 1–2 weeks. International orders typically arrive within 2–4 weeks. We currently cannot ship to the USA or EU due to tariff and PPWR regulations.

4. Use of Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
• Interfere with the proper working of the website
• Use automated means to access the website without permission

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, artwork, and images, is the property of OEN OSLO and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

OEN OSLO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the website or subscription service, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
